Dr Aakriti Gupta | MBBS FACD

Dr Aakriti Gupta is a Medical, Laser & Cosmetic Dermatologist based in Adelaide

Dr Gupta's journey began at the University of Adelaide, where she graduated with the University Medal for highest overall performance in Medicine. Her path then led to specialty dermatology training during which she was awarded a Travelling Fellowship to complete a year of her training in Oxford, UK.

After achieving Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, Dr Gupta sought out further subspecialty training in Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology and Hair Disorders in Melbourne.

Dr Gupta has co-authored book chapters on the use of Botulinum Toxin in Dermatology and Aesthetic Facial Assessment and continues to both regularly chair and present at conferences on cosmetic dermatology.

Alongside these achievements, her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. She has also garnered awards from the Royal Society of Medicine and the British Society for Medical Dermatology in recognition of her research presentations in London.

Dr. Gupta is currently a Board Member of the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists and is slated to join the Editorial Board of the Journal 'Opinions and Progress in Cosmetic Dermatology'.

Dr Gupta takes pride in bringing the latest in evidence-based medicine into the clinic. Using her extensive background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology she enjoys providing tailored solutions for her patients.
